Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of students while growing your expertise as a contracted Occupational Therapist working onsite with elementary and high school learners. This full-time position offers a dynamic environment supporting a diverse caseload across multiple age groups. Youll collaborate with educators and families, executing innovative therapy interventions that empower students to achieve their academic and functional goals.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license for the state is required Previous school-based OT experience is highly valued Knowledge of educational best practices and individualized education plans Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Any additional district or state requirements (such as Professional Educator License or Para Certification) must be met
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in elementary and high school settings Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans in collaboration with faculty and families Assess students functional abilities and recommend appropriate accommodations or modifications Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews Support students fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive skill development
