Doctors of Physical Therapy is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist/CHT to execute best-in-class care while cultivating dynamic relationships with patients and team members at Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital Physical Therapy & Hand Therapy (MOSH) for our MOSH locations . You will be employed by Doctors of Physical Therapy while representing and working with the well-known Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital physicians, including hand surgeons, and medical teams. New grads are welcome if they have a strong interest in hand therapy. Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital, founded by the physician owners and Ascension Wisconsin, delivers personalized care for your orthopedic and sports medicine needs. Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT) was founded in 2005 by a physical therapist with the main goal to consistently help patients achieve faster, long term relief. Responsibilities Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance and coordination Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services
