Desired Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapy license and certification Experience in early childhood or pediatric school settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement creative interventions for student needs Dedication to maintaining documentation and reporting
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver onsite OT services for early childhood students Create individualized goals and interventions based on student assessments Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and other professionals Participate in monthly staff meetings and roundtable discussions Utilize digital collaboration tools to connect with peers across the region Engage in performance reviews and process improvement initiatives Attend professional development courses to stay up-to-date with best practices Your voice is valued; you'll meet with leadership for regular 1:1 check-ins and team meetings, contributing ideas to refine and enhance service delivery.
