Required qualifications:

Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license (IL OT License) Previous school-based OT experience is preferred, but not required Compliance with all district and state-specific credentials and background checks Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Key responsibilities: Perform assessments to identify students fine motor, sensory, and adaptive needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals in coordination with the IEP team Deliver direct and consultative therapy services onsite within the school environment Document progress, maintain student records, and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents Collaborate with educators and other support professionals to optimize student participation in school activities Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning This position offers competitive weekly pay, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan to support your financial wellness and career growth.
