Job Description

Category Schools - OT - Telehealth Job Type Contract A virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity is available to support two elementary schools serving students in kindergarten through sixth grade. This full-time, contract position involves providing telehealth OT services focused on delivering quality care in a school setting. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, providing therapy, monitoring progress, and collaborating with IEP teams to ensure individualized support for each student. The role requires experience with Medicaid billing and documentation to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Effective communication and coordination with educators and support staff are essential for successful service delivery.
Key qualifications and experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based practice Proficient in telehealth/teletherapy service delivery Familiarity with pediatric populations, particularly K-4 and grades 5-6 Knowledge of Medicaid billing and documentation requirements Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team focused on IEP goals Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads and progress monitoring Work location: Fully virtual position supporting elementary schools in Delphi, IN. Hours are 40 per week. This contract role offers a dynamic opportunity to leverage teletherapy skills in an educational environment, delivering vital OT services to students remotely.
