Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Prior experience providing OT services within a school setting Familiarity with home health, healthcare, and teletherapy models Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Comfortable utilizing technology for remote services

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to students in-person and/or via teletherapy Evaluate students to assess functional abilities and needs related to academic participation Develop and implement individualized education or treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress with families and educators Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to support carryover of skills Provide support for adaptive equipment or environmental modifications as appropriate Stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements in both school and healthcare settings
