Responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 occupational therapy services to older adults in their communities. Driving clinically excellent, autonomous interventions to improve patient outcomes. Participating in an interdisciplinary team focused on functional results.

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in applicable states. Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program . Basic computer literacy skills. Current CPR certification .
