Job Description

Exciting Clinic Based Opportunity around the Lafayette, IN area: We're currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist ($38-45/ hr) near the Lafayette, IN area. You will be a direct employee and work in our clinic! PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist near the Lafayette, IN area.
Qualifications:
You will need to hold a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and a current Indiana state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain upon hire). NBCOT Certification (or eligibility) Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Position Details:
? $5000 Sign on Bonus! Full time M-F; Flexible Hours Our compassionate team provides individualized family-centered care, integrating occupational, physical, and speech therapies to address a wide range of developmental needs. The clinician will need to be patient, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
? Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric clinical rotations or passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply). Knowledge of developmental milestones, sensory processing, and evidence-based pediatric interventions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
