This unique opportunity combines school-based occupational therapy with outpatient pediatric therapy, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across multiple care settings while helping children achieve their developmental, educational, and functional goals. In this role, you'll provide occupational therapy services at Baugo Community Schools and Concord Community Schools 2-3 days per week, while spending the remaining 2-3 days per week in our outpatient pediatric clinic (main location at Memorial Hospital). This position offers a diverse caseload and the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients, families, educators, and healthcare professionals. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, neurological, orthopedic, and functional needs. Provide school-based occupational therapy services to support students' success in the educational environment. Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence, participation, and achievement of functional goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support continued progress. Complete documentation in accordance with professional, regulatory, and organizational standards. Partnering with pediatric PTs from our clinic to coordinate services in the schools. (There may be some candidates that might be more interested if they know they won't be alone.) Mentorship and guidance from school based and clinic based therapists available. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Indiana Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Pediatric experience preferred. School-based experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
