1 About the Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive pediatric therapy team in the Leawood, Kansas area . This is an excellent opportunity for an OT looking for a flexible PRN role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Position Highlights Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients . Work a minimum of 6 hours on Fridays . Opportunity for additional hours during the last two weeks of October . Provide coverage during Jewish holidays and the week of Thanksgiving as needed. Collaborate with families and other members of the multidisciplinary care team. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs. Support children's functional, developmental, and participation goals. Begin with a 60-day contract , with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Interviews available ASAP. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Kansas OT license or eligibility for licensure. Pediatric experience preferred. PRN availability required. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Passion for helping children develop greater independence and reach their developmental potential.
