Adult Occupational Therapist PRN, Norton Neuroscience and Spine Rehabilitation Center, As Needed Norton Healthcare United States, Kentucky, Louisville 315 East Broadway (Show on map) Sep 01, 2026 Responsibilities The role of the Occupational Therapist is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family occupational therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years); maintains documentation on patient treatments. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings. Addresses educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions; performs other related duties as needed.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor Degree
