Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric environment strongly preferred Comfortable managing a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students Excellent communication skills with students, families, and fellow educators Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address students functional, sensory, and motor challenges Provide direct therapy services and interventions to promote students access to curriculum and participation in school activities Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and regulatory compliance Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote classroom modifications and strategies that support students needs Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations for each students success Travel between two school sites as part of your weekly schedule, ensuring comprehensive support for the assigned caseload You will have an opportunity to help students achieve greater independence, academic success, and self-confidence in their school environment.
