Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure/certification and travel reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide therapy services to patients with various diagnoses including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputations, and complex medical cases Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and develop personalized treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Manage a caseload independently within inpatient and outpatient settings Support post-surgical, neurological, orthopedic, and pediatric patients as needed Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems (Meditech Expanse, Wellsky, AOD) What You Need Current Louisiana OT license 1+ years of relevant inpatient or outpatient experience Ability to assist with ADLs and work well in a team environment Strong communication and organizational skills About the Assignment This role is based at a prominent healthcare facility in Shreveport, focusing on inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and outpatient therapy.
