Overview:
Due to growth, Physicians Rehab Solution is now hiring an Occupational Therapist and/or Certified Hand Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position at Boston Orthopaedic & Spine in Cambridge, MA. Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. Caseload /Patient Population:
The Occupational Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients with a variety of post-operative and conservative hand/shoulder/upper quadrant injuries and diagnoses. Full-time OTs should expect to treat an average of 11 patients per day.Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $75,000 per year and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available.
