Up to $50/hour when treating a full hour All patients treated on-site with no travel between facilities Flexible per diem schedule and an opportunity to build your own caseload We are seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to provide 1-on-1 outpatient OT services within a senior living community in Millis, MA. This is not traditional home health . All care is provided on-site within one community, allowing you to provide individualized outpatient therapy without driving between patients or working in a high-volume clinic environment. What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 outpatient occupational therapy to residents within a senior living community Complete evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Address ADLs/IADLs, upper-extremity function, cognition, safety, and other functional needs Reassess patients and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate Communicate with patients, families, facility staff, and the broader care team Complete timely and compliant documentation using a streamlined EMR Establish a consistent clinical presence within the community and help expand access to outpatient OT services Why This Role Stands Out 1-on-1 patient care without high-volume clinic demands Single-site practice with no home visits or travel between facilities Flexible per diem scheduling Opportunity to develop and grow your own caseload as you build relationships within the community and additional referrals develop Supportive senior living environment with a focus on patient-centered care No weekends Opportunity to help establish and grow a developing outpatient therapy program Schedule This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule to start . Compensation Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts Ability to work independently in a community-based outpatient setting Experience with older adults, geriatrics, or outpatient therapy preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable working in a setting where caseload develops over time Organized and able to complete documentation in a timely manner About Us We provide 1-on-1 outpatient physical and occupational therapy services within senior living communities, focusing on high-quality, patient-centered care.
