Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center North Andover, MA $45-$48/hour Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, helping them improve independence and participation in daily activities.

Position Responsibilities:

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support resident independence Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
