Pay:
$80.00 per hour Job description: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health | $80/Visit + Benefits What You'll Do As a Home Care Occupational Therapist, you'll help patients regain independence, confidence, and function through personalized, one-on-one care in their own homes. Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and OASIS assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on daily living and functional independence Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and home exercise programs Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and safety Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team members to optimize outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation What You'll Bring Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing CPR certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Passion for providing personalized, in-home rehabilitative care Service Areas Worcester and Surrounding Areas (Home visits within these regions)
