Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts (MA) Occupational Therapy license Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques for K-8 age groups Commitment to supporting diverse learners in an educational setting

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students referred for occupational therapy and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within classroom, small group, and 1:1 settings Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' IEP goals Document assessment results, progress notes, and compliance reports per school and state requirements Provide recommendations and resources to staff for classroom modifications and student accommodations
