Job Description

Step confidently into a rewarding contract opportunity designed for a dedicated Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting student growth in a dynamic, PreK8th grade environment. In this key school-based role, youll make an impact by serving one site where youll guide a caseload of 2022 students, collaborating with a supportive educational team and utilizing your OT expertise to foster positive student outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts OT license (required) Previous experience within a school or pediatric environment preferred Familiarity with managing a caseload and developing IEP goals Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt interventions for a diverse student population, ages PreK8
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs Participate in progress monitoring and IEP meetings (administrative time provided) Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all sessions and student plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students functional, academic, and social-emotional needs Utilize district IEP system for documentation (training provided) Conduct both direct and indirect therapy sessions as required What to
