£46,000 per annum The Role We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a specialist Neuro Inpatient service in Worcester . This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with an interest in neurological rehabilitation to work within a multidisciplinary team supporting patients with complex neurological conditions. You will be responsible for assessing, planning and delivering high-quality occupational therapy interventions, helping patients maximise their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals within an inpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Manage a specialist neuro inpatient caseload. Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans. Support rehabilitation, functional independence and discharge planning. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate clinical records and reports. Deliver patient-centred care in line with HCPC and professional standards. Requirements HCPC registered Occupational Therapist. Experience working within neurological rehabilitation or inpatient services. Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Benefits Competitive salary of £46,000 per annum .
