Up to $50 an hour with weekly pay! As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient independence, strength, and overall well-being. You will also participate in clinical team meetings and decision-making processes to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery.

Responsibilities:

Screens patients/residents and evaluates their needs, developing appropriate care plans Provides direct patient treatment in accordance with established plans of care Participates in clinical team meetings and decision-making processes Consults with and trains patients, residents, and caregivers Documents activities and patient progress according to company clinical documentation system Demonstrates knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, and customers

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy CEU's per state licensure requirements Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained New graduates welcome!
