Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Chesapeake Woods Cambridge, MD $43-$50/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life while working in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care environment. Position Responsibilities Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based interventions focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, balance, coordination, and safety Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Why Join Autumn Lake at Chesapeake Woods?
