Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities await for a motivated Occupational Therapist eager to make a difference in the lives of K-12 students near Ellicott City and Baltimore, MD. This full-time, school-based position is set for the 2026-2027 academic year, with the potential for extension or permanent placement. As a valued member of the educational team, you'll support student development in an engaging, collaborative environment and be instrumental in helping each learner reach their full potential.

What You'll Bring:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active and current Occupational Therapy license/certification for the state of Maryland Previous school-based experience is highly preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Passion for working with children and adolescents across diverse backgrounds Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt therapy approaches within an educational setting Willingness to work onsite throughout the school year

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students, addressing their individual needs and IEP goals Assess, plan, and implement interventions for K-12 students, adapting therapies to fit a dynamic school environment Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings as an essential contributor to students' educational planning Foster positive partnerships with teachers, staff, and families Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based therapy
