Responsibilities include:

Providing individualized and group occupational therapy for high school students to enhance functional performance in academic and life skills Developing and implementing customized treatment plans focused on pediatric and adolescent needs within a school-based context Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Conducting assessments and documenting outcomes to ensure timely communication and goal achievement Utilizing a variety of therapy delivery models, including potential teletherapy support as needed Maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as school system protocols Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with high school-aged youth Strong foundation in pediatric occupational therapy, home health, and healthcare environments Competence in delivering services via teletherapy when appropriate Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license in Maryland or eligibility to obtain Passion for helping students develop independence, self-advocacy, and success in school Enjoy a competitive annual compensation ranging from $65,500 to $76,000, commensurate with your experience.
