Key Qualifications:
Active Maryland Occupational Therapy license required Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, especially working with infants and toddlers Background in school-based or early intervention settings preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support student needs Commitment to providing culturally competent and family-centered services
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate infants and toddlers for delays and develop comprehensive, individualized intervention plans Deliver therapy using evidence-based, developmentally appropriate techniques in homes, schools, and community settings Document assessment results, progress notes, and communicate outcomes with caregivers and district staff Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing professional development activities Serve as a resource and advocate for families navigating services and supports Apply your expertise where it matters mostby helping children unlock their potential right from the start.
