Key Qualifications:
Active Maryland (MD) Occupational Therapist license required Previous experience in pediatric, school, or early intervention settings preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess developmental needs of infants and toddlers within the school setting Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with families and staff Provide therapeutic interventions to promote growth, functional skills, and independence Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with federal and state guidelines Collaborate with educational staff to support student inclusion and success
