Job Description

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist supporting infants and toddlers in an educational setting. Collaborate with dedicated professionals at the district office, working full-time to provide essential services and empower young learners and their families. Your expertise in pediatric occupational therapy will be central to evaluating needs, developing treatment strategies, and promoting early childhood success. Desired Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Maryland Previous experience with pediatrics, especially infant and toddler populations, preferred Familiarity with school-based therapy processes and best practices Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and families Ability to manage a full-time schedule and adapt to varying caseload needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess and identify students developmental and functional needs across multiple domains Design and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance student participation and daily performance Collaborate with educational staff, families, and service coordinators Document sessions and progress, meeting all compliance and reporting requirements Support transition planning and family education activities Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning This role offers a chance to work with a supportive staff in a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.
