Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake | Lutherville-Timonium, MD $43-$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time opportunity at Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake. Join a collaborative rehabilitation setting where you'll help residents strengthen everyday skills and work toward greater safety, function, and independence. What You'll Do Evaluate residents and create individualized occupational therapy plans of care Provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance Establish meaningful treatment goals and monitor progress Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support daily activities Adjust treatment approaches based on resident needs and clinical progress Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that promote independence and safety Complete required clinical documentation Work closely with COTAs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $43-$50/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Team-oriented rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities to grow professionally Qualifications Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply If you're an OT who enjoys helping residents regain skills and achieve greater independence, we encourage you to apply.
