Job Description
Responsibilities:
Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, and independence Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued progress Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentationQualifications:
Current Maryland Occupational Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus New graduates are encouraged to applyWhat We Offer:
