Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Pikesville, MD $48-$53 per hour We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Pikesville, MD. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with residents in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment focused on improving independence and everyday function. As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate resident needs, develop individualized plans of care, and provide skilled interventions designed to help residents safely participate in daily activities and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities:
Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, and independence Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued progress Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
Current Maryland Occupational Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus New graduates are encouraged to apply
