Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support high school students in a welcoming and collaborative school environment. This full-time, direct hire position focuses on pediatric clients, primarily working with high school-aged students to promote their independence and success. Qualifications & Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials School-based OT experience is highly desirable Background in pediatric OT, preferably with high school students Familiarity with teletherapy, home health, and general healthcare OT models Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential
Role & Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to mostly high school students Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educational staff Conduct assessments and track progress according to IEPs and school guidelines Provide support through in-person sessions, and teletherapy as needed Collaborate with other specialists, teachers, and families for holistic student support Maintain clear documentation and comply with legal and clinical standards
