Job Description

Join the Coreline Contractor Network Coreline is expanding and seeking passionate Stretch & Mobility Specialists to join our growing network of independent contractors. We're building a team of professionals who are committed to helping athletes and active individuals move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level. As a Coreline contractor, you'll complete our onboarding and training process to learn our movement philosophy, service standards, and programming. Once approved, you'll join our contractor network and may be offered assignments based on your certifications, experience, availability, and client demand. Coreline provides the programming, systems, and operational support. Assignment Opportunities Contractors may be assigned to a variety of services, including: Weekly stretch and mobility sessions for athletic teams through school and club partnerships Competition and event coverage, providing pre-performance preparation and post-performance recovery One-on-one assisted stretching sessions in clients' homes (for qualified and certified providers) Recovery services at partner gyms, sports performance facilities, and wellness locations Community, corporate, and promotional wellness events Additional recovery and mobility assignments as Coreline continues to grow Assignments vary based on client needs and are not guaranteed. Contractors have the flexibility to accept opportunities that align with their availability. Responsibilities Lead group stretch and mobility sessions using Coreline's programming. Coach proper movement mechanics while ensuring a safe, engaging environment. Deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect Coreline's standards of professionalism. Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to represent the Coreline brand. Travel to client locations throughout the DMV area as needed. Communicate effectively with clients and the Coreline leadership team. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for professionals with backgrounds in: Exercise Science Kinesiology Sports Performance Personal Training Athletic Training Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant Strength & Conditioning Massage Therapy Competitive athletics or coaching experience Candidates with certifications in assisted stretching or related manual therapy techniques are encouraged to apply and may qualify for higher starting pay and additional one-on-one client opportunities. Pay:
$23.00 - $45.00 per hour

Flexible schedule Application Question(s): What relevant experience do you have for this position (e.g., leading group fitness, yoga, Pilates, personal training, or working with athletes)? Do you currently hold any certifications in personal training, yoga, Pilates, corrective exercise, or assisted stretching? If yes, please list them. Are you comfortable giving clear instructions, leading group sessions, and assisting athletes with proper form and engagement? Are you able to commit to working during the athletic season (typically weekday afternoons/evenings and sometimes weekends)? If you do not have a valid CPR certification, are you willing to obtain one? Do you have reliable transportation to travel to different locations in the DMV area? What motivates you to provide stretch and mobility services?
