9680269-04530 Job Description Make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment by providing Occupational Therapy services to students who need them most. This contract opportunity offers you the chance to work closely with a small caseload in a collaborative setting, ensuring that each student receives individualized attention to help them reach their full potential. In this role, you'll work onsite one day per week at a single location within a friendly school community. The schedule is flexiblechoose the day that fits best with your other commitments. Directly support approximately 11 students, spending around 4 hours providing direct therapy, with additional time to manage required paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) certification in Maine Previous experience or strong interest in working in a school-based setting Knowledge of IEP processes, pediatric development, and sensory integration Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, students, and families Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on occupational therapy services tailored to elementary students needs Complete necessary evaluations, develop treatment plans and update progress Collaborate with teaching staff and families to support student success and IEP goals Maintain timely documentation and required paperwork for student records Participate as needed in team meetings or consultations, offering expertise on student strategies
