REHAB DIRECTOR

/ Occupational Therapist (OT) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Departments located minutes apart in Farmington, ME. This position offers a $5,000 Sign-on bonus! Requirements:

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

A successful Rehab Director will: Ensure efficient and effective operations Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor Provide occupational therapy services as needed Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.

Compensation:

$40/hr - $44/hr
