Qualifications and Experience:

Active Maine Occupational Therapy (OT) License required Previous experience working within school settings or with children preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, families, and staff Experience or interest in adaptive skills programs a plus Ability to travel between two nearby schools during the workday

Key Responsibilities:

Provide OT services to a caseload of up to 30 students as part of adaptive skills initiatives Assess students needs and develop individualized intervention plans Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to track progress and achieve student goals Travel between two schools less than half a mile apart Manage documentation, reporting, and compliance with school and state guidelines Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that celebrates students progress
