Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current OT licensure in Michigan Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Flexibility, adaptability, and an approachable attitude for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to integrate OT strategies into the classroom Offer support and training for school staff on implementing accommodations and adaptive equipment Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student-centered goals This position offers a rewarding atmosphere where every day brings new opportunities for professional growth and personal satisfaction.
