Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for OT services Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on students needs and IEP goals Support fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skill development Document progress, maintain accurate service records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed Work alongside teachers and support staff to adapt classroom activities, ensuring student success and inclusion Provide recommendations and training for teachers and families regarding strategies for student support
