OTR Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide skilled OT interventions to improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with nursing, therapy team members, and other healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes
Qualifications:
