Qualifications:

Current, valid Michigan OT license (please submit a screenshot of your active license with your application) Previous experience working in schools or educational settings Comfort working with a diverse student population (Kage 26) Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset Dedication to delivering onsite services (remote work is not available) Ability to work independentlyno COTA oversight required

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Provide direct therapy and interventions to address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Monitor, evaluate, and document students progress in accordance with school and state guidelines Educate teachers and support staff on strategies to foster student success Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insights to optimize each students educational journey Immerse yourself in a rewarding school-based environment where every session makes a difference.
