Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist. Prefer board certification in clinical specialty area and/or advanced degree in health care field. Also prefer active participation within professional organization.

Current occupational therapy licensure in the state of Minnesota. NBCOT certification as an OTR is required for employment at Mayo Clinic (both upon hiring and ongoing certification every 3 years).
