What You'll Do:
Assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' independence and daily function. Use evidence-based techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and coordination. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes. Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and home exercises. Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
