Key Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapy license, meeting all state requirements Experience providing OT services to pediatric or school-aged students (elementary preferred) Strong organizational skills to manage caseload across multiple locations Ability to deliver both direct therapy and support assessment, paperwork, and planning needs Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a dedicated group of students, with scheduled caseloads of 10 on Mondays, 7 on Tuesdays, 10 on Wednesdays, and 8 on Thursdays Rotate between three elementary school buildings, adapting interventions to each setting Use Fridays for assessments, evaluations, documentation, and preparation to best support your caseload Conduct thorough evaluations to develop individualized plans and monitor progress Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure effective delivery of services and goal achievement for students Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards Enjoy the opportunity to work within a caring environment, impacting students lives directly through targeted interventions and ongoing support throughout the Spring semester.
