9683116-64029 Job Description Make an immediate impact supporting elementary students across three school sites by providing occupational therapy services for the spring 2027 semester. This full-time contract assignment runs from January 11 to April 13 and is located within a collaborative school setting near Grain Valley, MO. As the dedicated occupational therapist for this role, you'll deliver both direct intervention and consultative services, ensuring students have the support they need for success in the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

Current and valid Occupational Therapy licensure Experience working with school-aged children, especially elementary Familiarity with school-based OT programs and IEP involvement Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students across three elementary locations, following a set weekly schedule Support 10 students on Mondays, 7 students on Tuesdays, 10 students on Wednesdays, and 8 students on Thursdays for therapy sessions Use Fridays for testing, evaluation, preparation, and paperwork Maintain accurate records, assessments, and reports for each student on caseload Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development and review Deliver services onsite in accordance with district standards This contract offers an engaging opportunity to work hands-on in a supportive environment, providing meaningful interventions and making a real difference in students educational experiences.
