Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding opportunity making a difference in the lives of students across multiple schools. This full-time contract role offers the flexibility to manage your schedule while serving a diverse caseload from August 25th to December 18th, helping students develop essential skills that last a lifetime. With oversight at the year's start, you'll have autonomy in organizing your week to ensure all students assigned to you receive dedicated OT support.

What You'll Bring:

Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Missouri Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy Ability to serve approximately 32 direct students across several elementary, middle, and high school sites Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance a caseload of around 800 therapy minutes per week Excellent communication and documentation abilities to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals

What You'll Do:

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in assigned schools Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies supporting students' academic and functional success Regularly collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents on student goals and progress Maintain compliant documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as necessary Build rapport and trust with students, making a meaningful impact on their school experience
