Full Job Description Role Overview:
Seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team providing inpatient services in a modern hospital setting. The role involves evaluating , treating , and educating patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, and delegating tasks to assistants and students. Flexibility in scheduling and participation in weekend/holiday rotations is preferred. PRN position with mentorship opportunities Providing skilled occupational therapy services including assessments and interventions Developing treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment Ensuring documentation compliance and effective communication with patients, families, and providers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (required); Master's preferred Licensure as an Occupational Therapist No prior experience required; supervision experience not mandatory
Skills & Responsibilities:
Establishing and implementing individualized treatment plans Educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams Delegating tasks appropriately and documenting care Providing assessments, reassessments, and consultations
