You'll work closely with elementary, middle, and high school students, empowering them through creative interventions and hands-on therapy.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current, active Missouri OT license (required) Prior experience working with pediatric or school-based populations strongly preferred Comfortable managing a caseload across elementary, middle, and high school settings Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills Ability to meet district credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting and submission of TCN number Willingness to complete and return district technology documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students at Barrington Elementary, North Middle School, and West High School Conduct student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to unique needs Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student progress Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning Utilize onsite resources and therapy spaces to create engaging, effective sessions
