What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide skilled OT interventions focused on improving independence and function Address activities of daily living, mobility, strength, coordination, and safety Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team Collaborate with PT, PTA, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals What We're Looking For Current Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team New graduates are welcome to apply!
