Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Join Our Therapy Team! We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Shelbina, Missouri . This is a great opportunity for an OTA looking for either a full-time or part-time position with a supportive clinical team and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist patients in improving independence with activities of daily living Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document patient progress accurately and timely Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals Build positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff What We're Looking For Current MissouriCOTA/OTA
license in good standing Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program NBCOT certification preferred/required as applicable Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach New graduates are welcome to apply!
