Key Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapy license in the state Previous experience within a pediatric or school environment strongly preferred
Role Responsibilities:
Assess students' developmental and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive behavior Work closely with special education teams, teachers, and parents to support learning and participation Document services and progress, maintaining compliance with school and legal standards Serve as an engaged resource, providing staff and family consultation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
