Key Qualifications:
Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapy license in the appropriate state Prior experience in schools or pediatrics is preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
What You'll Do:
Assess and identify students' functional needs in the educational environment Develop and provide targeted interventions to enhance students' participation in school activities Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success Maintain detailed documentation for evaluations, treatment, and progress Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development
