Qualifications:
Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license in Montana (or eligibility to obtain) Previous pediatric or schools-based OT experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups Document progress and collaborate with IEP teams Consult with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success Support general classroom participation and advocate for student access
